They did what they said they were going to do in the time they said they were going to do it. They are extremely polite, and very experienced. My Yukon drives fantastic now. There's no question I would refer a friend or family member. There were no surprises when I picked my car up with additional cost, the estimate they gave me was exactly the final charge. The ONLY reason I took one star off is because there was a dirty print on my steering wheel and smudge on my driver side door panel. That's minor, but it's important to me. I am 100% sure if I pointed it out to them they would've taken care of it, but I was in a hurry and I could clean it myself.
