Automotive Technician
A & B Automotive Inc. has a job opening for an experienced Automotive Technician! We're looking for honest, dedicated, skilled, motivated and customer-service oriented person to join our team in Matthews, NC.
Automotive Technicians are responsible not only for the service we provide, but also our reputation as a trustworthy and dependable auto shop. A successful Automotive Technician will have a very strong understanding of automotive maintenance & repair, strong attention to detail, and a dedication to honesty and fairness
Automotive Technicians are Responsible for:
- Performing a wide range of complex repairs across multiple makes and models of vehicles
- Ensuring all work orders are completed correctly and accurately
- Practicing safe work principles
Applicants are required to be:
- At least 18 years old
- ASE Certified (preferred)
- Experienced in Diagnostics with Foreign and Domestic Vehicles
- Experienced 3-5 years with automotive maintenance
- In possession of your own tools
- Recipients of a high school diploma or GED
- In possession of a valid driver's license
- Familiar with multiple makes and models of vehicles
- Committed to keeping up to date on automotive knowledge
- Dependable, honest and organized
- Able to work as a team

Decent mechanic. Had inspection done here by one of their mechanics (elderly gentleman). Another time they told me I had to wait one week to have my oxygen sensors replaced.
